After growing up in Elmira Heights, I joined the U.S. Navy and served as a radioman. I returned to my hometown after my time of service was completed. Having been in the construction trade since I was a teenager, I began operating my own successful contracting, renovation and repair business and have been helping a variety of customers for the past 10 years. My skills and experiences include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, full renovations of bathrooms and kitchens, deck construction, and repairs and maintenance of boilers and furnaces.
You may ask how these 40+ years of experience are beneficial for conducting a home inspection? Simply put, if you have the knowledge of how things are put together, you have the knowledge of how they will fail. I have had the opportunity to learn about houses and how each individual system operates and affects the other.
My goal for each and every inspection is not only to thoroughly evaluate the condition of each house and associated systems, but to provide the customer with an education of required maintenance, operation of systems, and priority of repairs. I have lived through the home buying process and will share my experiences with you to help relieve any stress you may be feeling.
As your home inspector, I can put my years of experience to work for you, helping your home buying process go as smoothly as possible. Let me take you from buyer beware to buyer prepared!
